Rockwells
Rockwell GM Enterprises is founded by two entrepreneurial individuals Geoffrey Rockwell and Marjorie Rockwell both having roots in the financial industry, tourism and hospitality. Their mission is to cater to the local community’s unique needs providing ease for all property owners facilitating efficient management and excellent experience for both clients and tenants.
Geoffrey Rockwell
Geoffrey Rockwell is one of the co-founders of Rockwell GM Enterprises. He is a proud homegrown Alaskan and Dimond High School Alumni. Growing up in such a diverse city, he developed a strong connection to the local community and its unique needs. Geoffrey's exceptional abilities and deep understanding of the area make him the perfect candidate to lead a local property management business to its fullest potential.
Geoffrey Rockwell has years of experience in Alaska's local tourism industry working for both local and commercial tourist hubs including Holland America & Princess cruises. This experience allows him to identify opportunities for each client and maximize the potential of each property under his management. His expertise includes short-term rentals perfect for travelers whether for business or for pleasure providing an authentic Alaskan experience for traveling nurses, tourists, and/or short-term tenants. Geoffrey’s knowledge of the local area and his commitment to providing top-notch quality, guarantees guests and tenants a memorable and comfortable stay filled with genuine Alaskan hospitality.
Marjorie Rockwell.
Marjorie Rockwell is the co-founder of Rockwell GM Enterprises. Marjorie was born and raised in the Philippines, where she developed a deep appreciation for culture, hospitality, and hard work. Now residing in Anchorage, Alaska, her diverse background and international perspective allows her to provide a unique vantage point in property management and hospitality.
Marjorie having secondary education in hospitality and business management uniquely equips her to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved including years of experience in the financial industry guaranteeing favorable rapport and exceptional customer service. She experienced firsthand the importance of attention to detail, efficient organization, and fostering genuine connections with clients to ensure their needs were met, and often exceeded. Her ability to cater to the unique needs of clients, combined with her welcoming nature, makes a seamless experience for property owners and tenants alike.
